At 24-7 Games & Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
